PowerFM (www.powerfm.org) has quite a few good shows. Like Kate Butler's, playing right now. But it's web-only, so you kinda need broadband.

Speaking of which, isn't Jane supposed to be guesting on this today? Hmm?

both of those Sunday shows were ace - andy o'mahony still does a fine book show on Radio 1 on Sat evenings and john ryan, well john ryan is now doing a magazine called The New York Dog about, yes, dogs in new york

compared to those 2, the current sunday shows are poor. both sam smyth and tom mcgurk are OK but they come across as very blokey and full of themselves. but then mcgurk is better than what they had on all summer - this bint called evelyn o'rourke and an awful thing called the late late breakfast show. YUCK!
