ah god....remember them playing exhibit B at the McCartney gig...me dad next to me said 'they're good aren't they?'...'?', said i...'I mean they're 'tight'...they play well together!', he said.

it was two hours later w LIve & Let Die exploding on stage that the sense of worry and hopelessness finally left me.

don't know much of early SnoPat but exhibit A is fairly decent!

First 2 albums were deadly, kinda got worse and worse after that though. Saw an amazing gig of theirs in Dorans along with David Kitt waaaaaay back. Had the poster on my bedroom door until I moved out in Jan.

its completely unfounded and i have no evidence whatsoever, but i feel like i heard that they got a hired hand songwriter to help them get really famous at that point where they got really famous.

i assume everyone has seen the 'snow patrol are shit' youtube???

if not, google it.

I know very little Snow Patrol but I remember seeing the Reindeer Section a million years ago at Wittness and I'd never seen anyone who was so happy to be on stage, I didn't know any of the songs but they were very good

It all went drastically downhill when they fired the original bass player. He was a huge part of their early sound. Man I miss early Snow Patrol :( I even have one of the old 3 Eskimo t-shirts but am too embarrassed to wear it now. Also seeing as I got it about 10 years ago, I don't think it will fit my recently aquired moobs.
