I have a pork loin marinating (since last night) in cardamom pods, juniper berries, a navel orange, dry red wine, olive oil, cloves, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, salt & black peppercorns. It will have a red wine, red current, brandy and prune ( I know that sounds weird but trust me, delish) sauce while/after roasting tonight. It already smells good.
