Russell Brand was someone I had been aware of for over 20 years without being exactly sure what he famous for.
I watched a few of his videos on YouTube during pandemic.
One was about the arms industry and their close ties with top NATO people e.g. retired generals becoming lobbyists for arms industry and some of those generals often appeared in media as talking heads without being scrutinised.
BUT Brand read all the research off just one source he had found online.

In the worst Brand video I saw he was at least very open to Musk's proposed takeover of Twitter using the media coverage to criticise the 'mainstream media'.
