You should look on this blog gary for recent tapes and get in touch with them bands, its a blog of punk /alt cassettes, just started downloadign stuff form it, some great stuff there, got a load of stuff by shrapnel who played here a good bit when i was a young lad, dont know if they palyed belfast but i imagine htey did

These are the guys you're looking for. I've used them a bunch of times, usually very helpful and pretty cheap. One thing I'll say is, shipping is a bitch so get as many as you can at once.

The Popical Island guys just got some done, you could try asking some of them. Also CF records do some cassette releases as do Quarter Inch collective, among others.
I'd send a few mails out to those guys for recommendations.

Trend is where people got them done back in the day. They probably still do them.

Everyone I've spoke to uses tapeline with various levels of flakiness and success.

Tapeline is the best probably. Can be flaky but as long as you don't put them under too much pressure, they're grand.
