The Montenegro bit's were in Italy (Lake Como) and in the Czech Republic. I read that in the credit's innit.

iprobably would have loved james bond, but it was pierce that ruined it for me, i truly cant understand how he is still acting,!! he has the acting skills of a statue!

The romance scenes looked plain awkward. Bond was like a robot. Most people in the cinema were laughing.

But the rest of the movie was enjoyable fun.

Aye, there certainly was. I liked this film a lot, from the parkour shite at the beginning to the nice surroundings of montegro/venice. Thumbs up.

i was deading going to see it, but the other half wanted to. it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. but yeah the romance scenes looked a bit weird alright.and the product placement...bah...now where is my sony ericson mobile and the keys to my ford.

I thought it was great but it could have ended at least twice in the 20 minutes and it wuldn't have felt as though it dragged so much. Although the final scene was cool.

If they continue with the theme with the next one having him still finding his feet as a 00 then I'm really looking forward to it.

Saw it last night - pretty impressed.
When you take out all of the things that make bond shit you are left with a pretty good package.
The pacing was a little odd toward the end it could havee been tightned up a bit but otherwise I enjoyed it.
He definately has a cruel streak in him - I had hoped they would give to role to Clive Owen - but must say I think Craig is exactly what was needed.

The only thing is (especially after you see the final scene with te Tux and the Machine Gun, and there is no novel to work from next time) is it back to normal service resumed with the bullshit gadgets, dr. evil type baddies, crap one liners and my person pet hate the bond girl with attitude.

He wasn't explaining the poker game to the audience. He was explaining that he was in it up to his mebs. It was obvious that Bond was gonna lose the hand (it was practically shouted at you), and that squarely pointed the finger at himself as a bollix.

Thought some of the stunts in it were the best they've ever done.
That footchase at the start was amazing.

The acting was a bit shit overall, but the action made up for it.

Best Bond since connery. Even better than Timmy D.

I can imagine poor Pierce looking at this and going, well, er...right so. (then mumbling something about him not getting as good a script).

Even some of the far-fetchedness of the whole thing you can allow (apart from shooting a building and making it fall down - And almost doing the same with the embassy - Big Bullets in them guns).

Great ending.

And great scenery.
