How do you define a boxset - is there a minimum number of discs?

I don't think I even want to know how much that must have cost.
I like the old box sets, but it can take a long time to get through them. 73 discs of anyone is mental.

Accordingly to my spreadsheet the box set dominators (aside from "Various Artists") are
Beatles (7), Genesis (8), Grateful Dead (8), Pink Floyd (7), Elvis Presley (12). Real Mojo vibe.
