it's amazing

highlights of my work day yesterday:
learning of giant squid (start of day)
seeing octopus killing a shark (end of day)

everything in between was a drag

i think i'll become a marine biologist

see the giant squid wouldn't scuttle across my living room floor in a frightening and arachnid manner so I wouldn't be scared of it, PER SE. However if I was a whale I'd be screaming like a girl-whale right about now.

A mate of mine left a jumper in Hartigan's a while back, and when he went back the following day to get it, Old Ma Hartigan was behind the counter, wearing his jumper.. He just turned around and walked out. Hats off to her.
