I read a short description of this show somewhere and i got the impression it's actually a guy pretending to be Bill Hicks but doing routines covering today's issues (dubya, weapons of mass destruction, iraq etc.)

Saw him about 2 years ago. It is bad. He just updates the old jokes with topical news and throws in the same punchlines. He slags of the Hicks family quite a bit as well. All in all, not worth the money.
