i went over there and did some votin. i was stumped as to the 'outstanding female artist' one though, couldn't think of one. i mean i know juliet turner (or maybe gemma hayes) will win, like the frames will get the rest of the catagories, but i thought there might be someone. any ideas? outstanding is such a strong word...
