Fincher usually does great ones Panic Room had all the credits lined up like buildings, se7en's had different shots of John Doe's book and Fight Club's credited all came from the central nervous system of Ed Norton.

I really liked the bullets life span sequence thing at the start of Lord Of War

The pretitle scenes in the Dawn Of The Dead remake was pretty cool as well.

Same goes for the finding of the ear in Blue Velvet although that may have coem after the credits.
