Audio CD with both Mac AND PC autorun Rom Partitions :help.. (1 Viewer)

Trying to create a regular/standard audio CD that has both a PC (autorun.inf) and a Mac (autostart) menu system when you insert the audio CD in your computer.
Is this possible? Anyone out there made a CD with multimedia partition on it that runs on both platforms? Its for an electronic press kit audio sampler....
any advice appreciated! .....
