I have cancelled a meeting but it hasn't been removed from the room. The calendar no longer has the meeting but the room does. I don't have permission to delete the room meeting. Anyone know how I remove it?

Lets expand the thread to general outlook moaning.

How much space in outlook does your company give you and do you keep archives?

I have a measly 512mb but have every email since about 2009 archived.

I don't do anything to organise my emails, neither personal nor work and I never delete anything. I bother people as a result.

I run out of space every month if I don't keep on top of archiving.

Currently.... 66.5mb free

Is the WHHAAA at the amount of space I have or the few emails? I feel like I get up to 50 a day, so it does seem small.

get on the phone to someone in IT that you exchanged pleasantries with years ago and annoy them until they sort it out for you. seems to be how shit gets done in the civil service.

The amount of space. I get about 20 emails a day at the moment.

On a bad day i get about a hundred though.

I'm much the same but we also mass email back and forth between friends in the office and that can add up to an extra 100

We got 2 company wide "PLEASE STOP CLICKING REPLY TO ALL" email threads about a year ago.

This is a company of 30 thousand+ employees. Outlook gave up, it was hilarious.
