If you look at the talk page of that artical there is a lengthy discussion over whether or not to include his name and it seems that they've settled on not having it.

However if you click on the "History" button and look up the oldest version of the page you get this ...

"Ghyslain Raza is the canadian teenager who gained reknown throughout the internet as the Star Wars kid. After videotaping himself acting like Darth Maul, some people at his school put it on the internet and encouraged others to modify it. His family is suing the families of the school-mates Michaël Caron, François Labarre, Jérôme Laflamme and Jean-Michel Rheault, who put the video on the internet."

Which sort of makes not having it up on the current revision useless.
