one in my 4x10 is gone, and i haven't a clue

What Brian said. Just make sure you're replacing it with the same value of speaker and that the impedances do match. It'll say on the back of the speakers when you open the cabinet up.

are your speakers H&H Dud? i think they are, and if thats the case trying to source it in the UK (or even straight form laney) will probably be the cheapest.

having had experiences with both martin dillon in beaumount and mark aladins amps i can say that they both certainly know what they're at and are very nice people, but aladins amps seems to be a wee bit more expensive.

Just got my amp back off him.He had it done in a day.It was a wiring fault and copped it real quick.He also served his apprenticeship with Hiwatt years ago so he knows his stuff.Reasonably priced too.

There's something funny going on with the valves, they keep slipping down.
I guess it's off to Martin Nolan again for me.

a friend of mine based in templebar can do all those type or repairs for you, he's very reasonable too, he fixed various keyboards and synths for other musos too. Can pass on details if anyones interested.
