Nazz are fantastic. 'Open My Eyes' rules beyond belief.

With reference to his solo stuff, 'A Wizard, A True Star' is great as is Side 1 of 'The Ever-Popular Tortured Artist Effect'. Side 2 is a bit patchy though. Don't know any of his other stuff.

Tower had the Utopia's Last Of The New Wave Riders live box reduced last weekend. 7 CDs for €30.

a mixed bag but some deadly tunes there.

have all that stuff on vinyl. It's in storage at the moment as are all my records! can wait to move into my new house and reaquaint myself!

ooh, i was just about to start a new thread! i still have only a fairly small amount of his stuff. i've been listening to "Hermit of mink hollow" all week, its totally deadly but dangerously catchy. i wake up in the night with bits of it stuck on a loop in my brain.

RA is excellent, i love it. despite being a send up of prog its still a deadly album with great tunes. eternal love is lovely and sunburst finish is amazing when it goes into that fast riff half way through. even singring and the glass guitar is good.

Love a nice flange so i do.

the combination of Meat Loaf, Jim Steinman and Todd Rundgren makes for one of the finest moments of rock history. Also Todd's work on XTC's 'Skylarking' is stone wonderful.
