The way to form a co-op if people were interested is to form a membership base who identify with, form, and agree to a memorandum for the co-op's activities and future activities. Decisions are made by majority agreement etc. But the in's and out's of running a store on a voluntary basis...

Just arrived back to Dublin and internet access. Reading all the tributes here is so moving. I've known Derrick Dalton for almost 20 years and I am so sorry for Laura and his family. He was a real gent and a I will miss him. RIP.
