Creed, will admit to having a huge grá for the franchise but I really liked this. Much like in Rocky Balboa

I haven’t seen Hateful 8 but I don’t think he’s made a bad film yet. Kill Bil vol 2 isn’t great, tbf, but I’ve liked or loved everything he’s directed. Even Deathproof is good on repeat viewings. Jackie Brown remains his best film.

Jackie Brown is my favourite too. Great movie, great book. I like how it exists in the same universe as Out Of Sight, even though the only crossover in the movies is the Michael Keaton character.

Watched an hour of Cloud Atlas, I'll watch the rest of it sometime I suppose.

Joy, he hasn't done it yet but one day David O. Russell might make a film good enough to deserve having someone as good as Jennifer Lawrence in it. This is the closest he's come.

I'd say the same of De Niro but he'll do any auld shite these days.

French Film 'Sleepless Night'

About a crooked cop involved in a drug bust gone wrong whose kid is kidnapped by gangsters looking to get their gear back. Most of it is set in the nightclub run by the gangsters.
It's a total fucking laugh!
