I'll tell ya why....cos all the so called punks who are actually metallers think its crap.

And all the real streetpunk heads are out on the lash the whole time and dont give a fuck about the internet.

And I'm into garage so I dont know anything about it.

Thats a lie...I love a bit of streetpunk..but its just a load of lads shouting the whole time

Yeah man...I've never once seen Oi get slated on here......

which isnt really surprising cos them Skin'eads would kick yer face in

good band but lets not get carried away.....don't think oi etc gets slagged on here.
In my humble opinion who has listened to Oi since its invention of we say 'late 78 or perhaps 'early '79 name a better band?
The most famous pure Oi band maybe is The Business?
While the Rejects are known for inventing Oi I disagree, they were a Punk band in '78 when Greatest Hits vol 1 came out and Garry Bushell who allegedly invented the term Oi was an avid Rejects fan so it was in his interest to label 'em as Oi...which came along with their 2nd album Vol II in '79 which contained the iconic Oi Oi Oi (which matter of fact is my most popular video uplaod with almost 77,000 views)
Most people will go for Cock Sparrer but while they are good at what they do....to me they are the equivalent of melodic Oi, and yes I know me thats labelling semi genres but...
Anyway I only discovered the Skinflicks a year or so ago and straight away they pressed all the right buttons and their bass player is an incredible bass player, it's like listenening to JJ Burnel of the Stranglers dabbling in Oi and we all know he is the greatest Punk bass player of all time right...RIGHT???

;>
