Hands Up Who Wants To Die – Buffalo, buffalo, buffalo, Buffalo, buffalo

Hands Up Who Wants To Die will launch their new album ‘Buffalo, buffalo, buffalo, Buffalo, buffalo’ in The Mercantile on Friday February 25th.

The Jimmy Cake, Melodica Deathship & Wizards Of Firetop Mountain will also be playing which certainly makes the €12 for admission plus CD a most attractive investment.

February 25th sees the Irish release date for Hands Up Who Wants To Die‘s debut album Buffalo, buffalo, buffalo, Buffalo, buffalo on CD, Vinyl and Download on the Richter Collective label.

Buffalo, buffalo, buffalo, Buffalo, buffalo was recorded in September 2010 in a World War II bomb shelter in Offenbach, Germany. It was engineered and mixed by Highlander with help from Hands Up Who Wants To Die. The album was mastered by the legendary Bob Weston of Shellac & Mission Of Burma.

Hands Up Who Wants To Die are four furious messers who got together in late 2008 to make music which has been described as “off-kilter noise rock”, and “socially aware slab punk with constant discordant meanderings”.

Hands Up have played many corners of the world touring Belarus, Lithuania, Ukraine, Holland, Germany and England. They shared the stage with The Redneck Manifesto, Shrinebuilder, Don Vito, Marvin, Adebisi Shank, BATS, Warlords Of Pez and many more.
