The Wedding Present Play Seamonsters – The Button Factory, Friday November 2nd

The Wedding Present play their classic album Seamonsters in The Button Factory this Friday and we’ve a couple of pairs of tickets for you to win.
They’ll be playing Seamonsters in its entirety, plus about 40 minutes of other tunes, at the Button Factory on Friday 2nd November, and you can also see them at the Roisin Dubh in Galway on Saturday 3rd, and at Cyprus Avenue in Cork on Sunday 4th.

2012 is a busy year for The Wedding Present. After a barnstorming appearance at the SXSW Music Festival [playing 10 shows in 4 days!] the band performed to adoring audiences across the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and Hong Kong. Of course they’ve saved the best for last and are bringing the whole show back home to Europe, including the UK and Ireland.

Audiences have been left stunned by the energetic shows, consisting of new songs from their critically acclaimed new album ‘Valentina’, beloved favourites and, of course… the long awaited live performance of their intense ‘Seamonsters’ album, which has been hailed as almost a piece of performance art.
