I really like them, it's better pop music than the shit we hear everyday on the radio. Classic Rock!Plus they are supposed to be amazing live. The singers eyes scare me so.

I like em too. They've got great stage presence - in the video, all movin at the same time loike.

They totally copied their whole act off the Robocop Kraus, cept the Robocop Kraus are 5 million times better(music an all!). And dont get played on top of the pops.

But The Hives are still alright.

But so what if they are?
I'm sure they don't sound 100% exactly like them, but if they do fuck it.

All bands at some point get the tag 'rip-offs' but some get the polite version 'influenced' or 'their sound is a mix', you can't escape it. The difference I guess with these guys and the Stooges is that they are around today.

Don't get me wrong I'm not a Hag , I'm not starting a fight it's just my opinion.

Think positively:

1. Maybe they'll get the young guns who buy Hives records into The Stooges who otherwise would never have.

2. PPL will be influenced in some way and make a better band.

Let the ppl listen.

Em, I think it's different though when you actually copy a song completely as opposed to being influenced.
We play a couple of Stooges covers but we don't try and make our own music sound like them.
I suppose your right though.
People might like our band more!!
