I would have no problem with 'new punk' if it didn't sound like just another second rate attempt at sounding like SoCal circa 1982: there seems to be a distinct lack of of your much vaunted progression going on here, and that is what I find so irritating.

Any band that gets itself involved with Robert Stevenson has either been very misled or is just too young and naieve to see him for the scum that he is.

Years ago he tried to get us to sign to him by taking Ror and John out for beers and food and other things etc...

I remember a gig (back in) 98 when he came up to us and told us that our sound would be great if we focused LESS on the PUNK and more on the Ska , punk not being as popular/lucrative then as it is in the mainstream nowadays.

What does that teach you?

It never happened, obviously, thanks to all the people who had dealt/been fucked over by him in the past telling us just how dodgy he is.

think your going off subject...Rob is not in a punk band(most worse nor best)...but i aint defending him.From what i gather he's a tricky fellow..but onoff seem to be getting a lot out of him and doin well over ireland...its not rob that makes onofff it onoff themselves and no matter what direction rob will push them in they will not oblige!!!and im sure if onoof wer unhappy with treasure ireland they would pull out...Touring ireland,recording albums,big fanbase and a Good band no matter what is said about them!you all have a problem with them and it is not their image or music..its jealousy!
