um.....k....im new here so dont kill me...i just noticed this thread.no matter if ya hate onoff or not.the guys have a huge following,playing big shows and probably will go even further...as much as this annoys ya but they must be doin something right!!!!i personaly like them...i think there new stuff is sounding good,they are constantly progressing and put on good shows for people who wana have fun...so what ya think?

ive never met on/off or heard them. the term "pop piss punk" comes to mind. i hate them because they were scheduled to play sally longs in galway. they were bringing all the backline and the support bands didnt have to bring anything. that was great. twas nice for a change. so the night of the gig comes and we (murdoch) arrive in sallys with our guitars and cymbals etc. tis about 7:30. no sign of on/off yet so we chill out and have a pint. two hours pass and still no sign. we get a bit worried and pissed off at the same time. we take it that they are in traffic or something so we decide we wait another while. still no sign. its now 9pm and gig is spoze to start at 9.30.so we try and ring them. their fuckin "managers" phone is off so we have no way of contacting them, so we have to drive up and get all our gear and lug it down and set it up in 30 mins just coz on/off didnt have the manners to ring and say they werent coming. they still didnt ring to explain why they didnt show up and thats about 5 mnts ago. they havent played in galway since but if they do il be sure to say hello. on/off = fuck off
