WILLIAM TYLER
Nashville native, William Tyler, is best known as a long-time member of Lambchop and also Silver Jews, though since he released his excellent album Behold The Spirit on Tompkins Square late last year and recent tours with Yo La Tengo and Michael Chapman his solo reputation is rapidly catching up. American Songwriter magazine was in rapture, speaking of how "Behold The Spirit casts a mighty spell", and reviews from Uncut, Pitchfork, Dusted and many others have been equally ardent in their admiration. In addition he has contributed to albums by artists as diverse as Charlie Louvin, Candi Staton, and Wooden Wand, as well as taking part in a large ensemble piece by composer Rhys Chatham.
"Arguably the most vital, energized album by an American solo guitarist in a decade or more"

CIAN NUGENT
Cian Nugent is a guitar player and composer from Dublin, Ireland who combines personal passions, such as suburban/coastal blues, traditional musics, late 1960s & '70s singer-songwriters, jazz ambitions, 20th century composition and the Takoma school into a deeply personal style. His music boasts an orchestrated and fully instrumented sound that is playful and eerie at the same time.
"Nugent smartly focuses on developing a pair of immersive environments that are continuously compelling for more than 20 minutes at a time. He nails it.”
-- Pitchfork
"He introduces each new melody or change of emotional tenor at precisely the right moment to keep you on the edge with him, and his tunes are sturdy and lovely things [...] Mighty good."
