Where to buy Miso in Dublin? (1 Viewer)

I've looked around for the dark miso I used to get but all the Asian shops just seem to have the 'white one' which has Dashi or Bonito Flakes (dried fish) in them.

Any ideas for getting the veggie one?

health food stores will generally stock dark miso...

or try the organic food co-op in newmarket, dublin 8 - open tomorrow and sunday...

The white miso shouldn't all have bonito flakes in it though.

I picked some up in the health food shop in The Pavillians in Swords last week if thats any use to you? It's vegan friendly so there's defo no fish flakes in it.

I didn't even think of health food shops...doh...I just went to a bunch of Asian markets. I pass Swords the odd times so I'll try there. Cheers..

When I mentioned the WHite Miso - I think it was more a miso based soup paste and has other ingrediants added..

Thanks Evil Bandit - I went in there yesterday and got some Brown rice Miso. Made some lovely soup with it...
