I think he was making reference to those people we all know who talk incessently about which drugs they take, and how much/how often etc. as if they're the only fuckers on earth who've ever taken drugs and feel the need to let everyone know how great they are. Drug Bores = cunts, me got no probs with drugs at all, i just couldn't give a flying fuck how much anyone takes.
