What's a good octave pedal? (2 Viewers)

the boss super octave pedal harmonises notes, standard ones just produce octaves above or bellow the note you're playing.

you're wrong there i'm afraid. I use this pedal quite a bit, and it has three settings: 1 octave drop, 2 octave drop, and 1 octave fuzz/dist drop. No harmonys 'round these parts, 3rds, 5ths, Or 7ths.
It's a really good octave pedal, the best of a bunch i tried. In 1 octave drop setting, it's actually possible to play full chords, which is virtually impossible on any other on any other octave pedal i tried
