can you tell me where i might find a copy of this?

i got it from holy virility distro ("willy from bambi") - should find the address somewhere on the eirecore board or jamie can tell you.
i'd imagine troubleman have a few trillion of them left, too.

seriously - if anyone here actually likes hip hop - the MadVillian album is amazing.

jumped the shark...whats that all about?

oh - just an expression nabbed from a website of same name. as in 'happy days went down hill after the fonze jumped the shark whilst water skiing" - never realised it had anything to do with
'stern' (howard?) or whatever.
saying 'x jumped the shark' has pretty much jumped the shark anyway.

re: hella - i just think their 7inch and 12inch haven't been a patch on the LP. datzall!

Yup, know the site, but only from stern. He has the Jumped the shark bloke on every now and then. Just a bit desperate to hear Howard. Was a daily listener fer the last 7 years but have been unable to procure any since we moved back to Dublin.
Any leads?

HOLY VIRILITY : http://www.holyvirility.cjb.net
SKINNY WOLVES : http://www.skinnywolvesdistro.cjb.net

The two distro's should be at the Charlottefield gig on Saturday.
I think he was out of the Erase Eratta/ Black Dice 7" but is supposed to get more in. I'm sure he has still got copies of the EE LP left...
Erase Eratta/ Sonic Youth 7" should be out soon too...

today I am listening to

Faust - IV (the only one i've heard so far and I likes it - can anyone recommend anything else by them ? )
Boards of Canada - geogaddi
Primus - Pork Soda (My name is mud is bleedin deadly)

and am mainly eating Frosties

Naked Germans

Patchwork is brilliant, it was the first one I heard after Faust IV. It contains work from their whole career including some new stuff. It's full of mental jams.
Faust IV is deadly all right. Anything from before this is also highly recommended, and the BBC sessions are also great. This is all I've heard.

Edit: I also have the Tony Conrad/Faust album, which is brilliant too, but it's just the drummer and bass player playing a very minimal accompaniment (is that a word?) to Conrad's drone violin, so it only showcases one fairly limited aspect to Faust.

heard better stuff from both of them - it's not bad like
the black dice stops half way through for "oh yeah ...dude...uh...that was a cool sound..."
nice see through-y red vinyl. it's mos def worth getting.
