What was the best summer you ever spent in Dublin? (1 Viewer)

Ireland was still fairly normal in 95.
It was Scientician! I swear.

I have fonder memories of Euro '88 than Italia '90, I think.
I went out the back garden during the penalty shoot-out to play football with my dad as we were both too nervous to watch.
Nothing in Italia '90 beat that moment when we went 1-0 up against England. We never went ahead in a game, for example. Less excitement.
Lovely summer though. I remember having training the morning of the final. Pre-season under 10s training.

I turned over to watch Happy Days on channel 4 cos I couldn't watch.

kept flicking back though, and bravely stayed tuned for O'Leary's kick, once it became apparent Romania had missed one.

Lacatus, Lacatus, whereforartthou Lacatus.

Lets face it, if Lacatus wasn't injured there would not have been any Celtic tiger.

1993, aged 15, rave, ambient, grunge, fields, dolly mixtures, young ones, basketball, first ever spliff, x-works and eclipse jeans, wheather was okay (if I remember rightly)

1999.
Finished School, Loads of Acid, Pills, Hash, Booze and a fair share of Ladies.
And I still had both of my legs.

Brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it.

95 or 96 I can't remember which it was, prettyy sure it was 96 though.

I fucking hate this song
