What was the best gig you ever went to? (2 Viewers)

Best gig was probably The Offspring in SFX 1998. I unfortunately haven't enjoyed a gig as much since then - First time drunk at a gig, going into Dublin, played a gig in Eamon Doran's that afternoon... It was magical. (We actually have that gig on video, we weren't Kid Blunt back then, but it is very funny to watch. I think we may have been a bit better then.)

the unseen/anti-flag/devotchkas in the beloved coney island high back in 1999 i think.

all the members of aus rotten happened to be there and randomly decided to play a set at the end for the hell of it after everyone had left.

oh yeah, and the locust this summer were really good too. a guy even died at it!

planxty are punk as fuck.
they went against the grain by having a piper play with string musicians, it was frowned upon back in the day but they just didn't give a fuck. also like all good punk bands from years ago they've reformed for a load of cash-in gigs.
