The closest to what I've heard is the "True Colours remix" on the bottom right of this page (as supplied by Gambra). Although it's not quite annoying enough (even though it's really fucking annoying) and doesn't have the syncopated melody lines cascada fucking awfulness and the "I feel I can fly so high in the sky" lyrics that I've been hearing.
