I don't think i've ever been that surprised by a tv show before - a genuine "wait... hang on... what the.... oh.... OHHH" moment.

And I had been sitting there watching it thinking hmm that outdoor lighting looks a bit off to me

Watched it over a couple of nights because I was watching it with my young lad, who’s around the same age as the kid in the show.

tough watch. Almost gave up on it midway through episode 1.

episodes 2 and 3 uncomfortable but a bit less so. The filming of this is something remarkable. Everything being done in a single take with a single camera following the relevant character.

The last scene between the psychologist and the kid in episode 3 is one of the best things I've ever seen. That kid is some actor.

If you don't watch the series, at least watch that. Its pretty mind blowing.

I think its fine not to watch it. I'm glad I saw it but didn't enjoy a single second of it.

I loved it ... I found it completely gripping and nothing as harrowing as the chatter around it would lead you to believe.

In my continuing thing of trying to only watch stuff in Spanish I am now currently on a Columbian drama series called Until You Burn which is completely terrible yet I am somehow compelled to continue with it. Recently finished a Mexican one called Everything Will Be Fine which was pretty good though.

Severance. I realized at the end of the season that’s it not a show you can half-watch. I thought it would all come together but when the last ep ended I was none the wiser.

White Lotus. Not so complicated! Good stuff. As good as Seasons 1&2? TBD, but certainly different in feel.
