It was already perfected decades agoHustle. Adam Sandler's Netflix basketball film.
Netflix threw ALL the money at this so obviously it was too long. What do people like, training montages? Right, do THAT for an hour.
It was decent.
When the Earl of Gurney dies in a cross-dressing accident, his schizophrenic son, Jack, inherits the Gurney estate. Jack is not the average nobleman; he sings and dances across the estate and thinks he is Jesus reincarnated. Believing that Jack is mentally unfit to own the estate, the Gurney family plots to steal Jack’s inheritance. As their outrageous schemes fail, the family strives to cure Jack of his bizarre behavior, with disastrous results.
I was really confused there for a moment but I see there’s a new film by that name, I thought you were describing the 60s film very badly there. The Innocents. Scandi film. I guess you could call it a horror of sorts but it sort of defies genre. It’s a creepy kid movie but I wouldn’t like to say to much about the plot because it’s best to go in cold. Loved it though.
Basically a series of horrific animated scenes, I have no idea what was going on but it was pretty great for the most part.A journey beyond your wildest nightmares.
Follow The Assassin through a forbidding world of tortured souls, decrepit bunkers, and wretched monstrosities forged from the most primordial horrors of the subconscious mind. Every set, creature, and effigy in this macabre masterpiece is hand-crafted and painstakingly animated using traditional stop-motion techniques. MAD GOD is a labor of love, a testament to the power of creative grit, and an homage to the timeless art of stop-motion animation. Ready your eyes. Ready your spirit. Prepare to meet your maker.
Oh yeah should have clarified that.I was really confused there for a moment but I see there’s a new film by that name, I thought you were describing the 60s film very badly there.
A man named Zac Hobson awakens to find himself alone in the world. In a desperate attempt to search for others, he finds only two who have their own agenda.
Decent enoughMorvern Callar wakes on Christmas morning to discover that her troubled boyfriend has died by suicide, leaving behind the unpublished manuscript to his first novel and a sum of money intended to pay for his burial. Instead, Morvern attempts to use both to reinvent her life.
Very good although the tragic, shattering and unforeseen climax was pretty unpleasantWhen teacher Simon arrives in a small, secluded village to take over the local school, he is surprised to discover that his predecessor has disappeared without a trace - and that nobody seems too concerned about it. As Simon probes deeper into the disappearance, the inhabitants of a forbidding estate called “Summerfield” take on more and more significance - until events reach a tragic, shattering and unforeseen climax.
