If I recall from my bassoon playing days of yore, my band director used to have a lot of dealings with McCullogh Piggots (not sure how to spell...their shop is just off the Trinity end of Grafton Street) but that could've been for sheet music only.

Fairly expensive though...probably better off investing in some quality samples.

Try http://www.thomann.de . They are very cheap for all new instruments . They will ship them in quite cheap . There is also a place in Drogheda . Cant quite remember the name of it . The problem with these places are the instruments are all new . The buy and sell is the only other place that you might get them second hand .
