Has anyone noticed that, in general, women walk very urgently around the workplace?
I have, and I'd like to share it on this new thread.

It's about time we had a thread about this. I think it's because they don't have/use trousers pockets as much as their male counterparts. Possibly?

They feel less guilty about eating half a bagel for lunch if they power-walk everywhere in the building.
And it stops the leering, ambling males from getting a good look at their fat asses.

Spoken as someone who doesnt have to go through cramps. Walking urgently makes them worse

Since I started it I've noticed some women ambling about the workplace and realised that I had erroneously designated a particular behaviour, observed in a small test sample, to a whole genderfull of people.

I think we've established that men are just as desperate to meet people as women, if anything the thumped ladies seem to have a more relaxed approach to it (not resorting to daft.ie related tricks).
