I stoopidly bought some of this without checking the ingredients, thinking it was just fermented bean paste. Turns out it has both parmesan and anchovies in it, gah. Present for non-vegan Irish friend, so.

msg has umami............i haven't bought this stuff yet, i've just continued my usual course of slinging mounds of tom yum paste and soy sauce into eveything
