Not satisfied with having reinvented themselves as a noir-ish rock & roll-electro-dub-post-punk-psychobilly live band on their current album, From The Double Gone Chapel, Andrew Weatherall and Keith Tenniswood have thrown caution to the wind and recorded two brand new songs. 'Showbiz Shotguns' and 'Feast' were recorded in the Two Lone Swordsmen bassment during the summer and continue the vibe of the album - "dredged from a swamp in the dead of night" as Time Out put it. Word. Dub instrumental versions accompany the originals.

But that's not even half the story. The big news is that Two Lone Swordsmen now announce details of long-awaited, fully live shows this autumn. These are the first live shows that Weatherall has done since the Sabres of Paradise days in the mid-90s. This is huge news! TLS will be accompanied by special stage sets, lighting, atmospherics… the works.

The TLS band is: Andrew Weatherall (vocals), Keith Tenniswood (guitar, keyboards), Lung (bass, keyboards), Chris Rotter (guitar), Nick Burton (drums).

In November, Andrew Weatherall also joins the illustrious elite of DJs who have contributed to the Fabric compilation series. Fabric 19: Andrew Weatherall is released on 15 November 2004.

"incredible" 4/5 Touch

I heard this is a late gig, though, which means that people can go to both! I know one person who plans to do just this....

Oh, wait....just noticed that the doors are not at 11, as I had previously thought.
Hmmmm I know its obviously very early for such details but would anyone know of a rough time that TLS might be onstage?

Doors at 9pm, how long is this going on for? Is Alan O'Decal starting off at 9pm following by band followed by Weatherall DJ set or something?

That seems pretty cheap when you think of how many guys/equipment they're bringing over. British Murder Boys were 20 quid and it was just two guys with a laptop each. Can we get a support set from Venus Envy or A-Tone maybe? ;)
