Torrents stopping on 99.9% (1 Viewer)

why does this happen even thou you can see there are hundreds of seeders and over 1000% health?

i read somewhere once why this happens but i totally forget now. i moved all my 100% downloaded stuff around a while ago and changed the folder settings in utorrent and stuff but when i started it up again loads of the 100% ones are now listed as being 96% to 99.9% downloaded even though i downloaded the full thing and was seeding them for ages. Ngghyeh.

Are u sure you can't play them when they're at 99.9% - it's happened to me and they played just fine.

Some you can play at 99%, others you cant. if i transfer the file over to my MP3 player it wont play a partial file.
