We'll find out who's won during the set and anounce it for ya Pete.

We were considering learning all 32 songs and playing the winning entry but instead we'll just do Mickey Joe's song 32 times.

We will not be projecting the voting as I'm too easily distracted by moving images.

Ah don't worry about it - it's not like i'll actually be listening to you.

Well if you're just coming to talk loud over the quiet songs, forget it mister.
I'm building a shush machine.
It stabs people and steals their cloakroom tickets.

I shall call it 'Eamon'

Well i imagine it'll be more drinking loudly than talking loudly.

I was unable to move on Saturday so I sat in front of the telly while the Eurovision drama played itself out.

I'm down a fiver though cos I stupidly picked the best song (Belgium) instead of the worst (Turkey).

I am pretty pissed off about missing the Jimmy Cake. I hear them t-shirts is going like hot cakes.

Austria were pretty great though. What happened to Mickey Joe? Did a fly fly into his eye at one point?

After the Mickey Joe disaster it might be time for Ireland to take a different approach from the usual sub-Westlife dirge and perhaps go in a more indie direction...I wonder what reaction The Jimmy Cake would get?

I think the  icon would sum up the majority of europeans reactions, especially the ones that bother to vote.

Best bit of Saturday night was when Jeffi Martini tried to move the lighting ladder form the stage without realising that the lighting guy was still up it! He was a lucky guy, if he'd fallen right he woulda been impaled on all the cake instruments or if he'd fallen left he woulda dropped about 20ft off the stage, certain death either way.
