eh - this is easy - no? soy milk doesn't curdle with hot water - so just do that first and then add your shot of espresso. works for me - maybe i've just been veeery lucky... that said i usually forget, and put it in last curdling the hell outof it. but doesn't bother me too much.
in fact, i'm usually down with the moo juice anyway.

Have never tried it this way, eeenteresteeeng. Usually make the coffee in a cafetiere, but I do have a stove-top espresso maker so will give it a try.

Bonsoy was still working for me until it went off, sooner than cheapie soya milk.
 
Mayhap I'm just lucky but If the coffee wasn't too hot I tended to get away with it. Cheap soya-milk and all.
