the christmas is on a Thursday, so the christmas number one would be the previous Sunday's chart (the 21st), yeah? So i'm guessing the week commencing 15th December? I dunno.

The Christmas Number 1 will be announced on Dec 24th.
The sales period runs from Dec 19-23. So from Friday the 19th to Tuesday the 23rd is the time to purchase, only 5 days. The single won't have a physical release, so it'll be download only. It will be on i-tunes and Donwloadmusic. I will post the links next week.
Don't forget the gig in Tripod the night before on the 18th - Richie's last Irish date for a while. And the album Ritual is an absolute must for anybody that hasn't picked it up yet.
Please spread the word to everyone and give this campaign some legs.
