It's great.
It's great and i love it.
It's great and i love it and it has 8 episodes in a series as opposed to six.
It's great and i love it and it has 8 episodes in a series as opposed to six and i could watch him walking an talking about all manner of clever/stupid shit all day.

The sketch where the vicar has a one night stand with his congregation is terrific. When he whips out the guitar during the sermon etc.

Love it. Few people I've shown it to are as keen as me. I love the scene in the pub when eyerybody's watching the football, getting messages about what to say wired to them.

"i'm over here"

incredible stuff altogether.

Time Trumpet and the Thick of It are another two great series of comedy he's responsible for but I just love this one that little bit more. The guy is a personal hero of mine.

My mate gave me the dvd last week and I watched it all in one day, very annoyed at myself should have spread out the brilliance

The village sniper is sublime.

The opening sketches were wonderfully bizarre.

What's big and small at the same time? A *big egg*.

I've been on a bit of an Iannucci binge this week, including watching some original off-airs of this show. A real pity they had to change so much of the music for the DVD. The use of classical music is brilliant. It's possibly my favourite comedy show ever, so many superb ideas.

I also got around to watching 'Clinton, His Struggle With Dirt' for the first time, a one-off show in 1998 about the Lewinsky scandal, set 30 years in the future. It's really nicely done, the new American language in particular is great.
Anyway, it's on youtube too as it turns out:
