It started with the end of two groups, (Bass Odyssey and Loophole) and began with the birth of a new era. Four friends and their shared love of rock and roll music formed the band, Sylvia Saint, towards the end of 2003 in Cork City, Ireland. All parties involved have been involved in working bands for longer than they can remember, and when their last projects came to an end, the hunger to get back in the studio and write new material was greater than ever before.
Sylvia Saint's raw rock and roll sound and swagger will please rock fans both new and old, as their sound and influences are as broad and varied as most peoples record collections. But at the end of the day, its only rock and roll, but we like it, oh yes we do!!!!
