I have so many!!! I cleanse, tone, moisturise, I eat freakishly well, drink lots of water...I don't get it

The only time the little feckers go away is when I'm on the pill which I came off bout a year ago for the sake of my sanity...I don't wanna have to go back on, any other suggestions?

Try cutting down on the amount of dairy products in your diet, this may help. In terms of hormone regulation, if you don't want to go on the pill and if you're into herbal remedies, you could try Agnus Castus.

I dont see why you cant use a narrow spec anti-biotic to kill of the bacteria on your face that are causing ACNE.

I'm quite sure I was hit with mild depression from this. Definitely didn't feel the same for a few years after (although I was young - 14 or 15 - so I don't know if I had a developed "normal" self). But yeah... I used to have outrageously bad acne - boils and all that shit all over my face. It got rid of it completely.

I was on tetracyclines for a while, dunno if they cleared it up or I just grew out of it (at 25...). I reckon it was linked to stress and low self esteem type stuff, rubbish!
