I hope the Dublin gig will take place before the Belfast one, otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to see it as I'll leave Ireland in late May. I'd probably travel to the Belfast one anyway in that case. I mean, it's Spiritualized! Spiritualized Electric Mainlines! Aah!

While I didn't see that one (and the Acoustic Mainlines show I saw in London was heartwarming and brilliant), this will be quite different, it's their first electric tour in quite a while.

Spiritualized last EP was brilliant, not as good as when they played Witnness a few years before mind.

While I wouldn't say it was the best thing I saw at EP (probably the 3rd best after Fujiya & Miyagi and Electrelane), it was certainly the most mesmorising (spelling) and captivating set of the entire festival (that I saw anyway). It was beautiful. It was memorable. It was perfect.

Wouldn't it be fantastic to have seen a set like that in a smaller, more intimate venue?

Still, I'll happily settle for whatever it is he brings here.

Gosh-I thought that was pretty dull. Now I lurve Spiritualized but that was so disappointing I left halfway through it. Best time I saw them was c. 'Pure Phase' in the Tivoli.
