anyway, I've noticed that HMV and Tower records have a heap of Sound effect CD's going chepa at the moment

its all sort of
1. Steam Train Leaving Station,
2. Diesel Train Leaving Station,
3. Diesel Train Leacving Station Slightly Faster
,

about 8 -10 sec to 1 min samples, mostly from the sixties, they are pretty cheap and very very chessey

also if you smoke a doobie, turn off the lights and let it play its pretty fucking funny 8)

just thougth I'd share

16bit Samples 44mhz are roughly 10 megs a minute. But a easier way of doing this is converting the wav to mp3 files which take up a
lot less space 1 meg=1 minute approx which means they can be downloaded and converted in the what ever file format.
