Heres my bro's Salsa recipe.Like I said he's mad for the stuff so thats prolly why he makes such a large amount


8! Tomatoes
Half the juce of a lime
Squirt of freash lemon juice
Pack of freash coriander
1 onion
tea spoon salt
tea spoon sugar
bell pepper
2 or 3 hot chillies
splash of olive oil
All finely chopped.

Just noticed that there. Seems grand. Not sure whether I'll bother finely chopping the olive oil, but the rest seems fine.

Gazzer: 1 packet of flour tortillas and 2 boxes of taco shells.

Gazzer, that recipe is a beaut. F&B were selling these chillis that they described as super hot and tru if you dare and all that. Decided to only use one, which was more than sufficient. Wouch.
