what publican is going to ban smoking from their pub voluntarily?Not one.They've tried those non-smoking pubs before,one was called smokeless joe's,can't remember where it was,but it's not there now,i know that much.

It will be very hard to enforce though,especially in dark clubs.I suggest we enlist a delegation from Singapore or Iran to oversee the change over,they'd know how to deal with the law-breakers,off with their lips!
