ALPINIST – “minus.mensch” LP 8€
After their Demo and their Split LP with Finisterre, this is the third release by this outstanding band from Münster / Germany. These four young people have played countless shows in europe the last two years and should be well known for all those into contemporary melodic HC/Crust. Definetly one of the best bands in this genre coming from germany at the moment. I expeceted a lot from their new recordings, but what they deliver here exceeded all expectations. An almost fourty minutes thunderstorm in 11 acts, paired with a voice of dispair and accompanied by blistering melodies. The LP comes with a great poster.

HJERTESTOP - Vi Ses i Helvede LP 10€
Great follow up to the amazing 1st 7" from 2006. Fantastic Catchy hardcore punk that can smash your eardrums with a fast paced ripper and then rip your ears OFF with a slowed down melodic punk jam! Doomed to to be an instant classic.

salome.jpg
SALOME - s/t gatefold lp 10€
Drug-induced and alcohol-fueled heavy stoner slugdecore with thundering guitars, pounding drums and eerie painful screamed or grunted vocals from a female vocalist. SALOME take the obligatory SABBATH-influences in their riffing and transcend them into a monotonous, but no way lethargic monster that tends between pure hate and some hidden melancholy. Think of 13 or SOURVEIN as references. Actually unbelievable that it is only guitar and drums building this massive wall of sound and that it is an airy lady having this ugly voice from somewhere deep below. This shit is goddamn HEAVY!

END OF ALL - the art of decadence lp 9€
End Of All's second album and it's miles ahead of their debut. Powerful metal influenced crust that takes the sounds of Wolfbrigade (gutarist Jocke also plays here) and Tragedy and puts them through the death metal machine

SCATHA - after the dust settles 2x lp (gatefold)
14€

Born in Scotland in 1995 from the ashes of Disaffect and Sedition, Scatha established themselves as one of the most important names in the 90's crust scene. Carrying on a deep concept rooted in the celtic culture, their songs still remain a breath of fresh air, complex, slower, sometimes with a metallic pace, leading crust to an original and still unreached by others level. This double Lp features in their entirety "Respect, Protect, Reconnect" '96 Lp, "Fuck the system" '97 Ep, "Birth, life and death" '98 Lp and tracks from the split Ep with Dagda. Comes with thick booklet with lyrics.

THE PIST - ideas are bulletproof lp 10€
Carrying the same intensity and urgency as it had upon its original release in 1995 "Ideas Are Bulletproof" was the only full-length output from The Pist, who were born of the same scene as The Unseen, The Casualties, Aus Rotten, Masskontrol and Destroy, bringing a hard-driving UK 1982 sound with Al Pist's signature snarling vocals spewing socially-driven lyrics.

WASTED TIME - futility lp 10€ (180gr vinyl)

New record from VA's own WASTED TIME! The LP version contains blistering tracks of violent raging fast and furious early 80's influenced hardcore, quite reminiscent of early POISON IDEA with a hint of boston hardcore influence ala NEGATIVE FX or SSD. You know exactly what to expect...a nonstop fast and ugly hardcore mayhem. 180 gram vinyl!

hof18.jpg
NORTHLESS - no quarter for the damaged lp+cd 10€

Northless stomp out groove after groove. The defining aspect here is that they use a lot of dynamics to really drive the point home. Northless craft dense, angry tunes interspersed with quiet, introspective parts very reminiscent of Pelican or even Explosions In The Sky. The tunes presented here ebb and flow really well, drawing the listener in. Limited to 500 copies. CD mounted on an 11x17 poster insert.

inkblot_splitseries_vol2.jpg
NORTHLESS / PROTESTANT split '7 4€

Northless delivers one new, burly, crushing, doom-laden epic ala Swans, Sleep or Big Business while Protestant contribute two brand new metallic hardcore ragers of their own for fans of Catharsis, Hellshock, or Rorschach. Both bands hail from Milwaukee, WI. 100 copies on white with purple splatter, 400 copies on white, all copies have hand numbered inserts.

Art190072.jpg
NEILA - danza de nieblas lp 8€

This record contains 7 dense, gloomy and dark songs, sounds like a more metallic version of Isis and Neurosis. Another step in the logic evolution of the band who has added keyboards in order to increase the dark atmospheres. great!

ASFIXIA - s/t '7 4€
First 7" EP for this band from the spanish basque country (Bilbao). A emo HC punk that reminds us alot of the first Unhinged songs. Very tense female vocals that gets the air on your arm stiking up.A very nice production in double colored vinyl with political lyrics that reminds me the good times of early ninties crust punk.

skarpretter.jpg
SKARPRETTER - ammunition lp 8€
Copenhagen punks that put a lot of nice work in their Record! foil-stamped cover, big booklet (LP-size) full of lyrics, nice layout/drawings, great crusty artwork throughout, and lyrics sung in both Danish and English. realy awesome Danish anarko punk and if you like PARAGRAF 119 you defenitly going to like this record to!!! some of the same members!!!

germattak.jpg
GERM ATTAK - they lie we sleep lp 10€
New, second Lp by those Canadians. They moved away from the blown out Noise Punk distortion and going for more of the UK 82 sound. The Exploited meets GBH meets Chaos Uk meets... you got the deal... Great raw but catchy Punk!

skitkids.jpg
SKITKIDS - onna for pleasure lp 10€
You know what you get, rock n roll raw punk as fuck in the vein of Tottis and other swedish maniacs mixed with the AC/DC guitarr leads. Awesome shit! Repress of this brilliant vinyl!

godsandqueens.jpg
GODS AND QUEENS - s/t lp+cd 10€
Super nice gatefold LP/CD combo. To quote the band themselves, Gods and Queens is a three-piece from Brooklyn/Philadelphia who tried in vain to blatantly steal riffs and song patterns from some of their favorite bands (Hoover, Lungfish, June of '44, Spaceman 3, and the like), but failed in every attempt. Instead, here are seven untitled songs that in no way resemble who or what they were intended to mimic. Some have compared the band to a low-rent, depressed version of Fugazi, others to Quicksand without the stop-start timing. Boiled down, Gods and Queens plays an abnormally dark blend of indie/ shoegazer/whatever-people-want-to-call-it. Great work…

DESTIERRO7-front.jpg
DESTIERRO s/t '7 4€
Another cool band out of Basque country! They deliver 4 down-tuned, haunting and gloomy tracks of modern crustpunk... depressive but massive and a huge production sound-wise. the artwork is very, very beautiful, dark and full of magical spirit... and twisted ancient visuals...

thesystemlp.jpg
THE SYSTEM - thought control lp 8€
The System formed in the summer of 1980 having messed around in various other bands since 1978. In 1981 they met a band called Flux Of Pink Indians, who helped them make their first single - the Warfare EP. By mid 1981 they were touring with Flux Of Pink Indians and the legendary CRASS. They followed up with their second single - "The system is murder". By this time they were being recognized all over the UK, Europe and the USA. Soon the album would follow and here it is! It is as relevant today as it would have been then.

battletorn.jpg
BATTLETORN - reflect the filth lp 10€
Despite becoming a two-city in 2007, the NYC/ Nashville thrash-duo William and Omid soldiered on and continued to lay musical waste to all that crossed their path, managing a tour of Japan in the process. The ingredients to Battletorn's vision are few and simple, but they deliver such a ferocious thrash/ punk/ metal/ hardcore mania that you'd never guess there's only two of them.
Reflect the Filth will be the band's final full-length offering, and compiles 8 studio tracks recorded at The Thousand Caves with Behold... The Arctopus' Colin Marston at the knobs on the A-side. Side B has a complete live set (clocking in at 15 minutes, it's the band's longest) recorded in Tokyo on the last night of their Japanese tour. In continuing the tradition of their over-before-you-know-it aesthetic, the 12" will be limited to 500 copies which promise to be gone rather quickly.

KYKLOOPPIEN SUKUPUUTTO/DEATH TOKEN split '7 3€
KYKLOOPPIEN SUKUOUUTTO delivers the Finnish punk goods in a major way with straight up, raw, fast, distorted hardcore. The Lyrics are bleak reminders of the world's current concrete-obsessed city life and the psychological wars that rage in ones consciousness because of false realities. The EP is worth buying just to hear the band chant their unpronounceable name at the end of their side. DEATH TOKEN
is the perfect counterbalance of this seven. They play fast, raw hardcore but with a little less distortion and a bit more rhythm. "Chain of Rules/Chain of Fools" is the best I've heard DEATH TOKEN sound and the lyrics are dead on perfect.

aguirrelp.jpg
AGUIRRE - Calvaire gatefold lp 10€
Alright, here comes the new LP. After an LP and a split LP with HONGO from Spain, you'd better be prepared for some new doomy and gloomy stuff here. Aguirre take up new songs and just as on their demo they reek of darkness and agony. It's like staring down a bottomless abyss of all that is evil, sensing it, as the complete black allows you to see nothing - and liking it.

martyrdodsekt.jpg
MARTYRDOD - sekt cd 8€
Two years after "In Extremis" on Havoc Records, Martyrdöd release their new Album named "Sekt". Gotenborg's Martyrdöd hits you like a freight train at full speed. They've been described as a black metal-influenced version of WOLFBRIGADE and I can't think of a more accurate comparison. It's heavy and D-beat-driven yet retains a sense of dark/cold melodies. Total destruction! Political, social and personal thought are dealt with in the lyrics. The CD contains 12 bonus trax: the long time sold out s/t LP on Plague Bearer Records and the split EP with Sunday Morning Einstein on Instigate Records. 24 sonx of brutal metallic crust!

FALL OF EFRAFA - owsla lp 10€
Fucking hell, this is one of the best records I got my hands on lately! Hard hitting, yet melodic and epic crusty HCpunk with a Cello and throaty vocal style from Brighton UK. They really know how to create a desperate and aggressive athmosphere at the same time. This band delivers their music with a lot of variation in speed which makes the songs memorable and entertaining which is hardly the case nowadays. Lyrix based upon the book "Watership Down" - Awesome!

new fall of efrafa 2xlp "inle" out soon. in stock by the end of august.
